Sofware packages

I am dedicated to developing usable statistical software. I’ve created or contributed to the following R packages.

survML

cre, aut

survML contains a variety of tools for flexible survival analysis using machine learning. Specific functionality includes conditional survival function estimation using off-the-shelf machine learning algorithms, nonparametric variable importance for survival analysis, and covariate-adjusted survival curves using current status data. The package website can be found here.

SimEngine

aut

SimEngine is a framework for reproducible statistical simulations in R, with a focus on scalability. The package website can be found here.

rigr

aut

rigr is an R package designed to streamline general data analysis tasks, with a focus on R learners. The package website can be found here.

vimp

ctb

vimp implements methodology for inference on algorithm-agnostic variable importance. The package website can be found here.
